Is there really a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a full 30-day free trial with access to all premium features. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can explore the platform, add students, and conduct classes risk-free.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will prorate any charges when you upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual subscriptions. Enterprise customers can request invoicing and purchase orders.
What happens if I exceed my student limit?
We will notify you when you approach your student limit. You can easily upgrade to the next tier to accommodate more students. We will never interrupt service or remove students without your explicit consent.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, we do not provide refunds but you can cancel at any time.
